Be ready at your pickup point at the time you selected. Treat your driver's vehicle with the same care you'd want shown to your own belongings. Rate honestly — your feedback genuinely shapes who stays on the platform. Never ask a driver to break traffic laws or take unsafe shortcuts.
Keep your vehicle clean, roadworthy, and safe for every trip. Never discriminate against a rider — including refusing a rider with a service animal. Follow the agreed route unless the rider requests otherwise. Represent Kabo the way you'd want to be treated — professionally and courteously, every trip.
Harassment, threats, or assault, by anyone toward anyone. Discrimination of any kind. Fraud, fake accounts, or manipulating ratings, referrals, or fares. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs — a zero-tolerance issue, no exceptions.
